Master Cylinder Failed Again

O-ring was missing in the cylinder. I had to remove the cylinder after installation when I found it was leaking due to a missing o-ring. I was forced to reuse the old o-ring from my old cylinder. The O-ring is not a reusable part. The part then failed completely in less than a year because one of the three screws holding the unit together became completely loose. I got a replacement and it also failed in less than a year.
