Ordered because my albino python needed a stretcher for exercise. It was one of two choices and I'm very glad I chose it. It's easy to carry. perfect size Continuous. The lid is very useful. There is also a small hole in the lid. Well ventilated. It arrived the day before so it was perfect!

My kids have collected some snails in the garden that they want to see. The medium size works well for this purpose. We pack some dirt, some stones and in the evening 3 snails (Rainbow, Sparkle and Spray) come down from the lid area and eat a surprising amount of cucumber, lettuce and other vegetables that we offer. Through the glass we can observe the abdominal muscles and the opening of the mouth.

We've hatched mantis eggs every year for the past 30 years. Our containers for these seem to have disappeared this year so I ordered 5 of these so each egg crate has its own home. We love watching them hatch and then quickly release their chicks. These little containers are perfect for this project. I was so happy I ordered them. They are very good quality for the price I paid. I ordered the smallest size. They will keep well until next spring.

I need something for my daughter to hold toads for the day to watch and play with. This is the perfect size for a temporary habitat for a toad. The size is just right, the handles are good, there is a hatch to put food or another toad. It's pretty durable, but it seems it can break if it bumps into something. So far it's holding up. If you look closely you can see it in the photo but the plastic is a striking copper colour. I'm not sure why they did it that way. Maybe less stress for the critters during shipping, but for my purpose I would prefer the clear plastic. I hung them to grow phasmids from eggs. later UPDATE: Replacement lid sent free. But what I actually got was only the bottom - neither the lid nor the handle was visible. It's almost comical, but also frustrating.
