Description of Expansion Anchor Stainless Lifting Anchors

Quantity: 5PCS Specifications: Total length 90mm (3.5in) Expansion tube length 38mm (1.49in) Opening distance 16mm (0.6in) Punch drill bit (diameter) 10mm (0.39in) Made of 304 stainless steel, it is durable and can be used outdoors. It has better rust resistance (can be used in wet or even water, and will not rust). Easy installation: Use a Impact drill to drill a hole in the wall that is the same size as the expansion tube. Place the expansion hook into the hole and tighten the hex nut with a wrench. After the force, the casing expands and the tail fins hang the wall. Expansion is created by tightening a threaded bolt which draws a tapered cone expanding a sleeve against the walls of the hole. It should be noted that the expansion bolts must be mounted on a relatively hard substrate, and the place where the soft and easy to fall off is unstable, such as the gap of the lime soil of the wall. The expansion tube part should all enter the wall. As long as the threaded part is long enough, the sleeve part is deeper and firmer. 100% customer satisfaction, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can always send us an email to us, provide you with satisfactory service in the first time, you can also get a full refund, please rest assured to buy.

Good but not a snug fit

The diameter of this item does not fit any standard drill. So when I tried to use it in concrete it turned out to be sticky. I couldn't downsize the drill. I did my best. No hammer blows could knock him down. The only standard-sized bit he was able to penetrate with caused play in the hole. However, it seems to hold a very, very heavy mirror (probably around 200 pounds, I used two, one in each corner) but it's not as firm as it should be. It will tilt down under the weight of the mirror. I…

Pros
  • The flare is created by tightening a threaded bolt which draws a conical cone that expands the sleeve against the walls of the hole.
Cons
  • Small parts
