They work just as well with my leaking home water filter system as the more expensive ones. I have to change them twice a year so they last me over 20 years.

They are exactly the same as the ones I buy from home, work very well. We filter a lot of water at our facility and they are perfect.

I used them with all my home filters before I started treating water with a reverse osmosis system. They extend the life of more expensive reverse osmosis cartridges/membranes. A very good deal.

I use these at my camp as a whole house filter. Since I'm pumping water out of a lake, I have to change them often, so paying $5 a piece at the hardware store doesn't work for me, so it's a great deal. We don't drink water, but it flows crystal clear from the tap, ideal for washing dishes, toilets and showers. Great filter.

For the money these filters work very well. I bought the 5 microns because they removed just the right amount of debris (usually rust from our well) while making sure the water flow wasn't reduced. We only have a single phase system so we think this is the right stage of filtering. The only mission now is to catch them on sale. They all seem to be made in China and each one can put their logo on it, so price + delivery time should be the only concern here.

I use this filter on my whole house sump system to filter iron in the well. It works very well and the price is great. The only drawback is that according to the instructions, the water should be left running for about 10 minutes after installation. I may be interpreting this to mean that this filter is not rated food grade. It's not a problem for me because I use reverse osmosis for all our drinking water and cooking, but it might be a problem for others.

These sediment water filter cartridges seem like a good buy. Compared to the more expensive ones I've seen, they appear almost identical in form and function. I can't say how long they will last as I plan on changing them once a month. I use them in a very old well (about 100 years old) with casing on the last legs. So far, so good. I don't think more expensive filter cartridges work better. The composition of the materials is the same and they are well finished.
