I would recommend this sensor to any building inspector using MO290 series humidity sensors. Initially I had some problems with this product. I found that the Cat 5 connector does not have a secure connection due to misalignment of the wires in the connector. However, I called Extech and they sorted things out with me straight away. You just can't match the quality of Extech and their impeccable service department. I check buildings for moisture damage. You must have the right tool for the job.
