Exactly as described. The first arrived with no mounting brackets and I didn't notice until a team of geeks arrived to install it. They had to go and I had to reschedule the meeting after contacting Revane. Revain quickly replaced and arranged for home delivery of the faulty unit. Overall I'm happy and would buy/recommend it again, but it was really a shame to wait for a new mount. Hence 4 stars for missing parts and inconveniences.
