That's exactly what I wanted to get loaves of bread from the counter. It is spacious and can comfortably accommodate 2 loaves of bread. It's basically a giant tin can, so I wouldn't call it too "sturdy," but it's perfect for my needs.

This bread bin is really good and holds a lot of food, looks great on my countertop. Several people completed it and a few friends ordered it for themselves. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is my bread bin for the kitchen. It's sweet but not durable. The uncomfortable lid was disappointing. A layer of saran wrap at the top under the lid provides a seal that the lid doesn't provide to keep the bread fresh. I'll buy another bread box.

I love this bread box. I got a lot of compliments too! It stores a little more than it advertises. It comes carefully packaged. Excellent workmanship. They care, you can tell. You can't go wrong with this. With the box, the bread stays really fresh.

This bread box is very good. I liked the color scheme. The order was shipped quickly and there is no assembly other than taking it out of the box (Note: the box it arrives in is pretty sturdy and you can reuse it to store any loose items that might be lying around). You will also find that the storage space is quite large. I had two loaves of bread and bagels with plenty of room. Great prices and good value for what you are looking for.
