Do not recommend this product at all. Used twice to stir fried vegetables and was useless. The plastic melted so much there wasn't much plastic left in the food! This is NOT HEAT RESISTANT.

Leading edge crisply burned on first use and folded 1/16th of an inch in width. My biggest downside with synthetic lathes was the thick edges. They push food instead of lifting it.
