The latches are good but the isolation tool is very poor. I'm a 77 year old male and can get me the tools to assemble half a rig. It takes a giant to squeeze it enough to make it work. The punch tool adjusts their fit. I ended up using a 1/4" socket to assemble the halves. The instructions in the pictures are not clear and there is no written information to help. Snap works well but takes a long time to install. I would buy devices again buy but no tools.

Hello! I ordered the pliers and they arrived in a short time. I had so many things that I wanted to use latches, but for some reason I couldn't figure out how tongs work. I quickly emailed the seller and he immediately responded with a link to the video and oh how stupid I felt realizing how easy it was to use snaps and pliers. I love them and was able to salvage some toddler clothes with buttons. Thank you to the seller and Revain for these pliers.

I received the set yesterday. I started with my cambric shirts. This is not a problem. Reading the reviews it was said that it only works with very thin (admittedly relative) material, which is not true. I have used it on a two layer cambric (denim material) and it has been fine. This set is pretty good - I bought this because it was insanely expensive to buy straps with metal studs at my craft store. I've tried this on several items, even very cheap fabric, and can't seem to get it to work at all. The pins don't go into the part where they should go. I bought this kit to replace the plastic sew on buttons I used to make mask earmuffs because the plastic buttons wore out over time and no longer stick together.
