I love the easy to use interface, and that it is a free service. I don't like that it is not integrated with other services. I would like to be able to have it sync up with my email and calendar. I like best that you can easily set up meetings via video chat in different formats (like Google Hangout). It's also great for having quick "in person" conversations over email or phone calls which are easy enough but not as time consuming as an actual meeting would be if we didn't have it already scheduled beforehand!
