I was grateful for the price and sincerely hope they last. I read many reviews on different sites and finally believed this would work for me.

tried cheap but after 3 months of random use up and down my street they failed and stay locked. be removed from the vehicle and still remain locked

I spent several hours fitting the hub. Finally, I tried the "old" rubber washer to get the hub in deep enough to "snap" it in place. Do not discard the old bushing until you have installed and secured the new one

Ordered two. One fell apart when I turned the dial and the label ink came out just right. Sent it back and the new one worked but the color on the tag has faded after fitting. Just spend the extra on some Warn or MileMarker manuals.

This is not good. The first one I installed failed the second time I used it and cracked inside. The second failed because the end cap was completely blown off on the boat ramp, resulting in me burning rubber trying to get the boat up the slippery ramp. The item is of very poor quality. Equipped with a well maintained 1999 F250 Super Duty.

Installation was easy. But I sent the first two hubs back as they wouldn't unlock after turning the 4WD on. Hub swap came quickly. Installation was easy again. One of the spare parts just fell apart while driving and when I stopped the truck there was no end to it. The second one couldn't be unlocked. Sent them back on credit this time. I will be ordering a much more expensive Ford part.

I bought two of these. They wouldn't install (see below) so I returned both, ran out and bought 2 Dorman units which put to use immediately. I sent both back and only got a refund for one of them. The problem is that to set the switches you have to be fully on "auto". Neither of them allowed the derailleur to rotate fully (literally only 1/4 inch), but this resulted in the baseplate not fully retracting and therefore I didn't have enough clearance to the spindle.
