Fixed the issue with the inability to open the tailgate. However, I can't do it with the push of a button. At least that fixed the problem. I guess I'll have to take the car to a GM dealership for the trunk button to work.

This is a very good product, you don't need to program it if the model of your year is bottled of this product. Save me 200 bucks at the dealer from programming. I would give the fix seven stars if that were the case

Very easy plug and play. No programming required. I disconnected the battery before installing. I was on guard because my OEM number is 20954189 for my 2012 SRX. This number was not given. But it worked great and saved me a ton of money!

With this product you can repair your trunk inexpensively. I can open the trunk manually with a button from the trunk. As for remote opening and opening from inside the car, you have to program it in Cadillac. I'm glad I can at least open it from the outside instead of climbing in with a screwdriver.

This product is great and fits my 2012 Cadillac SRX. My husband cleaned the drain lines in the back of my car prior to installation as these cars have a defect of drain issues. The door button and back button worked fine to open the tailgate, but I have yet to program the tailgate key fob.

This was the easiest repair I have ever done to a car. I could see that the old part was damaged by water. After cleaning and coating the old connector with dielectric grease, I connected the new block and it worked from the first button press. I want these repairs to always be this easy. No doubt I saved hundreds on a trip to the dealer.

This control module saved me $2500 off Cadillac! I have a 2013 Cadillac SRX and had the same problem as others. The sunroof leaked and destroyed the roller shutter control module. I took the compressor and blew 4 hoses draining water from the hatch, they were all clogged. I then ran hot water and vinegar through them to clean them and watched the water drain out of the bottom of the car as it should. Update: Downgraded to one star. Because of this module, the main computer went crazy again and my wife was in a difficult situation. Had to pull it out of the car (SRX 2013). Update: Had to deduct a few stars as this detail put my wife in a difficult position. Someone manually closed the back door again (at the grocery store) and my wife drove home safely and parked.
