Worked as promised in sport

Worked well once I figured out how to put them on. It would be helpful if they were labeled R and L and indicated which end your arm goes through, after which they corrected the position of my weapons. Great to swim a few laps and then train with them to feel the difference with proper deadlift position.

Swim with your shoulders, NOT your arms!

I've only used it once and I already appreciate the investment! Basically, they help improve hand position memory by giving the backs of the fingers room to rest. Keep them there as you paddle and you're on your way to a more powerful swim. They are tricky to use with paddles (I have Finis paddles) so I switch between them and just spin. Highly recommended!

Great trainer

These paddles really help me position my hands properly for the "early vertical forearm". I paddle short distances, about 50 to 100 meters. Then I take them off and try to repeat the movement without them. Work on muscle memory. Again and again! I noticed that some people here expected the oars to move faster, but that's not their intention; They are used to train the correct position of the hands. And I think they do it very well.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Negative present

Good product, just not sure if I really need it.

I have not yet judged this product. Does it align the forearm, wrist and hand? YES SIR. I really needed to add this to my workout routine, if I wasn't already in the right shape, probably not. We all need help with our fitness and the best way to get better is to have a trainer and train both on land and in the water. I'll keep using them for now, just not sure if I really need them at all.

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Not reliable

Not for big forearms/fat hands

Bought to try to learn to swim to get healthier. Please note that the diameter of the arm inlets is not suitable for fat people who want to lose weight. The product doesn't work for me. My husband's hands and wrists are smaller than mine so he could accommodate them but even a little uncomfortable. There should be large forearm support scoops. I'm going back but will return to some other forms of tutorials. I bought an adult, not a junior. To stay updated.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Doubtful

Good but not for people with big hands.

I have bad technique. The forearm pivot works great for me and works straight away. The downside, of course, is that it's small. My forearms are too big so I can barely stretch my forearms and arms. Because of this, they fall while swimming. I had to do some pretty creative things to save it. For a smaller person or someone with less warming blood, this is great. For me this is a work in progress. If you have big hands, this is probably a bad investment; This is a disappointing investment. Iโ€ฆ

No more ink transitions!

I am an above average swimmer and can swim a 100m sprint in about 100 seconds. In the pool, a guy told me that my hands crossed the center line when entering the water, but it wasn't bad. Now and then I would have a small shoulder injury that kept me from going to the pool for two or three days. So I decided to support this. The first time I accidentally used it upside down I thought it was a waste of money. Very thin. But after I started using it properly for a week or 10 days, my arms started

Elbow high pull nail first time

Having recently learned to swim as an adult I was skeptical that they would work but after analyzing swimming with multiple cameras they were offered to me. I've tried carrying them on a lap and then dropping them for a few rounds to see if I can remember the position fulcrums (high elbow extension) got you in. Although I was given various tips on how to improve my front crawl (freestyle), I noticed that in three repeat tests after using Fulcrums for the first time I reduced my lap times byโ€ฆ
