A simple but effective must have for corn lovers

3 arrived in my package and I'm still wondering why this is such a simple but very effective kitchen tool. It does what it was designed to do (separating the corn from the cob) effectively. I wash with warm tap water immediately after use and that's it. Highly recommended

Works just as described.

This item works as described and expected. Always be skeptical about such tools as pictures and videos usually show that they work perfectly. Also, reading the reviews of how "difficult" it was to use made me even more skeptical. However, once received, the product burns through the ears quickly and easily. Of course there are some larger diameter pistons, it just means a tighter cut that requires some elbow lubrication. I have yet to meet a scammer that doesn't work for them. I love it and…

It works really well if you follow the instructions

When I got the corn scraper I thought it was obvious how to use it and didn't read any instructions at all so I tried moving the scraper up and down to move the corn on the cob and it was very difficult. Then I read in a review that you have to rotate and suddenly it worked great. My only gripe is that it's a bit too small and the diameter isn't flexible so I ended up with a bit more flasks than I wanted in my bowl. It would be great if this scraper was a bit flexible in diameter or a bit more.

Best Kept Secret.: Peeler

I love eating fresh sweetcorn in the middle of winter, so I'm elbow-full of corn every year by this time. Separating the grains from the cob is terribly messy and never easy. I tried different strippers but was looking for a new one (the one recommended on the website) and many were sold out, some were expensive and I heard/read that many would only get about 3/4. kernels from the cob. Because I was in a hurry, I figured I could risk $11 for three (that's how they came). At first I thought I…
