Just received today. fast delivery easy handling homemade bananas and strawberries. but it doesn't work with all strawberries so it sucks. otherwise I liked it 👍🏻

I used it on a cucumber but it didn't work. I tried to press down on the cucumber very hard to cut it, but it hurt my finger. I do not like it at all. This may only work on soft fruits like bananas.

This was a great purchase. I love making banana pudding, but I have a hard time slicing evenly sized bananas. This little tool cuts them quickly and evenly. I've also used it to slice cucumbers for pasta salad and it did the same job. It is easy to use and clean. I'm so glad I got two packs so I can give one to my daughter.

The video shows how to use the slicer for raw carrots and cucumbers. I doubt I'll ever use it for veggies as the resistance I felt touching a banana was enough. I think it would be very difficult for my hands to cut raw vegetables. However, I bought it for bananas and it does the job well.

I confess I bought it expecting to spend money. I only decided to try it because I was tired of slicing bananas to dry out. Turns out my money wasn't wasted. This little device is amazing. It was very quick and easy to cut the bananas and it's great to have the same sizes. I had read other reviews that said they held together so I sprayed them with nonstick cooking spray. I was able to cut eight bananas with no problem.

I dehydrate bananas all the time. I've always cut them by hand, and then I decided to see if there actually was a banana slicer. It really works and I like the even slices that are perfect for drying. The only complaint I have is that after cutting two bananas it clogs and doesn't cut. Then I will rinse in hot water. Cleaning can be an issue. After trying a few times not to brush the whole banana off the blades, I started using a bottle brush and it works great.
