I like how easy it is for me as an employee of firstemr to access my schedule from anywhere in our office or out at home with no issues! I like that I can get all of my patient's health history in one place where I know everything is up to date. The system needs some updates but it takes a while for the software to be updated. You have to be able to find what you need in there as we have multiple providers within our facility making the task even more difficult. The best part of firstemr is its security and privacy. It is very safe and secure for storing sensitive data like personal health records. I like the fact that it provides all the features required by any healthcare organization such as electronic billing, appointment reminders etc. Some functions are difficult to use.
