This product is in no way 'manufactured' for my truck although they have confirmed it. I should have known about all the other comments saying the same thing

It is supposed to fit my truck, but it doesn't. If you put in the make and model of a car and it says it fits, then it should fit. I am extremely disappointed

If you have a 2000 Tacoma SR5, this mirror will not work. It's not even a mistake, it's over 5/8 inch too big. You can cut the frame on the truck and it will fit. Not worth the money and not worth the time to return.

Not an exact match. There are gaps when installing on Toyota Tacoma 98. The cab is normal. If you just want a mirror and don't care about the fit this can be made to work, then the same can be done with a dollar store mirror. Consider a mirror like the Kool Veu that is identical to the original.

After reading the terrible reviews below I decided to take the risk and buy this mirror anyway. I didn't care that it was smaller but to my surprise it fits perfectly. If I need another one I will order it again. I installed it on the driver's side of a 1996 Toyota Tacoma. Fits perfectly.

Mirror too small for mirror mounting on the driver's side on 99 Toyota Tacoma (4 cyl. 4WD). The retaining ring can only hold one of the 4 edges. The other three sides have a pretty big gap. It should be at least 1/8" or 3/16" taller and wider. In fact, it's a complete failure. Everything else is fine, although I haven't used it yet because I'm not going to be that easy going with it. .
