Disappointing Connector for Fuel Line

When I tried this connector, it failed to attach securely, causing fuel leakage. The anodized finish easily scratched off....

Doesn't work best in replacement parts

This cap will leak no matter how tight it is or how much teflon tape has been used. I bought a cheaper fake and it doesn't leak. Although others seem to have better luck.
