My husband has back problems so I decided to buy it and put it on his chair. I was afraid he wouldn't use it, but he does! As a woman it's a bit too hard for me, I like it soft, but it's good for men. I like the fact that it doesn't have a hard rollerball to hurt your muscles. If there is a complaint, it won't last long enough to cover the entire chair for more head and neck activity.

I know this is not a Shiatsu massager. I found that out before I bought it. However, the padding is so thick that I hardly feel the vibration. Sitting as a pillow is very comfortable. I like firm but soft vibrations as opposed to intense kneading massagers. i love everything about it You can choose mode, speed, heating, region or any combination. There is also an auto shut off feature. I like the handy pocket for storing the remote control.
