Good product, good price.

Good product, good price. This is exactly what I needed to complete the upgrade of my caravan from a single tank system to a double tank system. I was a little confused at first after reading the comments in the Questions and Answers section on this 3/8" male and female hose. No, that is not so. The full product description reads: 3/8" Male NPT x 1/2" Female Flare Swivel. and that's for sure. A 3/8" male NPT bolt threads directly into the outlet of the new dual regulator and a 1/2" femaleโ€ฆ

Incorrect description on website

Looks like a good product but the web description says 3/8"MNPT x 1/2" female swivel, not sure if it is it is a wrong product. or they put the wrong fitting on, but what I got was a 3/8" MNPT x 3/8" Female Flare Swivel. Not much of a difference unless you're going to the mountains to change cabin lines and you don't have access to a hardware store to quickly buy a $5 adapter. It's not the end of the world, but I can't cook right now because the description is wrong and doesn't fit. Check whatโ€ฆ

Adapter/Coupling may be required

Pay attention to both ends. I needed this hose to complete my Cherokee Wolfpup dual propane RV upgrade. The hose on the factory installed regulator was too short to reach the new regulator location. This hose connects well to the new regulator, but at least it has been reduced from 1/2 to 3/8 on the other end. My camper kit has a 1/2 female thread so an adapter/coupling is required for this hose to work. Required a 3/8 female and 1/2 male connection and it's ok and the hose fits perfectlyโ€ฆ
