ordered 11mm, so 7/16g, and received the product in size 10mm or 00g, I have already worn them, and the hassle of sending them back is much more than just buying them another set of the right size somewhere else. If you want the size you paid for, don't buy it.

Come on boys. Simple quality control. I have two different earrings. Another lip. And they are not the same size. Nowadays it is easy for kids to stretch with these silicone tunnels. One of my lobes is stubborn and won't stretch from 10mm to 12mm. (1/2 inch from 00g). So I downsized 7/16" (11mm) to 12mm. Well. One earring 11, which is how I wanted it. And one is already a 12. If they were both 7/16 I wouldn't mind slightly different lip sizes. But here we are. Two completely different products…

The product actually got here relatively quickly. It was really hard silicone, which I wasn't expecting, good for what I was looking for (meaning I wanted something that wouldn't fall out at night), but the "flared" edges are MUCH larger than they would have been I ordered 3/4 gauge which made installation difficult. I had to fold this hard silicone twice to get them in and because it was so hard then it broke so easily. it slightly tore the inside of my earlobe which I didn't realize at first…
