It's great, much stronger and heavier than I expected as it looks like thin metal in the pictures but no, it's great. I'm almost offended it doesn't come with mounting hardware lol

This reel has been installed in my shop for a few months. It puts a smile on my face every time - a strong, durable hose reel that does exactly what it's supposed to. Does not tangle when retracted and always works properly.

Probably the best hose reel I've ever used. That's great. Installation is a breeze, just attach it to something solid and use the included jumper to connect it to the air ducts. The hose is made of more modern rubber, it doesn't stick to dirt and sand like the old rubber hoses. Do yourself a favor and invest in a high-flow coupler and plug kit to ensure your high-flow air tools like percussion guns aren't overloaded.

I love every Flexzilla product I have purchased and this genuine hose is no exception. It's very heavy and cleans well. I only have two small complaints: 1) The screw holes for mounting the device are very difficult to reach. It would have been nice if the mounting plate had been extended a few inches to keep the holes away from the reality itself so a wrench or impact tool could be used; 2.). This is a great product, it fits me very well. Some reviewers state that they have trouble getting the hose to engage rather than retract when the air hose is pulled out. Just listen for clicking sounds as you pull out the hose. You must stop pulling on the hose when you hear it click, meaning it locks into place.
