I love that we can have multiple locations in one account! It is very easy to use as well. The customer service has been fantastic too! There are some things you need more than others but overall it's worth it if your looking into this kind of thing. If anyone wants an all-inclusive solution then go ahead and give them a try! I love how easy it is to use! I can get my orders in quickly and easily without having to go through multiple steps or people. It's super user friendly and has all of the features that you would need from a flower shop software. Sometimes when I'm working on something, I forget that I have the program open. The ease of setting up your flowers is great. I also like that it’s easy to manage orders and send emails. It was easy to get a feel for how things work. The fact that it does not support all types of bouquets. If you need to use a vase other than their recommended one, it won't accept it. I think the design should remain very simple.
