As advertised: Muffler

As recommended. a little noisier in the cabin but the upgrade is definitely worth the time and money. Installed on Ford Expedition EL Limited 2008.

Pros
  • Great for on-road/lane and off-road use
Cons
  • Very expensive

Check fitment otherwise ok

Product I give 5 stars however Revain needs to change the fitment although it fits Expedition 03 it is not exact Expo 2.5 to 3 out , needs a bit of work

Pros
  • Heavy duty fully welded 16 gauge aluminized steel
Cons
  • Poorly designed

Flowmaster Delta 40

Very easy to fit on my Ford F350 V-10 02! Now my truck sounds more like a truck, but the exhaust is still very soft. I was looking for a little more tone, had to buy a racing muffler. But I'm still happy with the purchase, very solid construction.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Speaks for itself, that's the Flowmaster.

Nice heavy steel construction, true to size. I wanted something with a louder and deeper exhaust note, but not too loud and not in the cabin. I got everything I wanted but maybe too much. Good sound at idle but doesn't get much louder when accelerating. Please note my car is a K5 Blazer 350tbi with single exhaust. That means a whopping 190 hp. down a downpipe into a suitcase-sized catalytic converter. A cat alone will drastically change my score and a single Y-pipe exhaust. Your results will be

Pros
  • Sturdy design
Cons
  • Damaged

Good compromise best in exhausts and parts

On my '89 single cab GMC truck, the muffler was a little louder than the original manufacturer's. My engine has around 400 hp. It was just too quiet and I felt like it was held back a bit at high rpm. Years ago I had a 50 Series Flowmaster in my little Toyota V8 4.7 and I remember its annoying hum in the four door cab, especially at 60 mph. With an additional 150 horsepower in this truck and a two-door cab, I wanted a rumble at idle, but I didn't want any OBVIOUS cab hum on the freeway. So I…
