So many options to manage your warehouse efficiently and effectively at very reasonable pricing !

Easy flow of orders from supplier side through different stages like processing order confirmation in our system (we run POS), then delivery status update etc., till final fulfillment stage with shipping carrier tracking number/solution provided by flix point solution provider itself! One stop shop where we can easily view all details about each product received / pending shipment right next into one place which makes life so easy!! Very few features required lot more customization need be done

  • Comprehensive inventory control across entire warehouse
  • Excellent reporting options to track products movements at various steps throughout supply chain network.etc

Great customer service from top notch people

The support team has been amazing! They have been very attentive via email, phone calls, and live chat to make sure we are happy with our experience. We were able to get all of our product information into one system. It was very time consuming having to go through each drop ship website to manually enter what I needed. In just a few months, it has become much easier to manage and update. Their staff knows their products inside and out and can answer any questions that may arise. This process…

Pros
  • Very prompt customer service when issues come up for both my clients AND me as an end user/admin (I am not at this point yet) no matter how small or large they handle them quickly without question from start until finish.
  • Easy access is provided throughout day if there's anything needing attention immediately upon logon; also easy navigation within site once logged onto
