I don't care that they are metal and will stick to my RV's paintwork so I bought thin gaskets and fitted them. The fridge vents did not fit and were difficult to install. After some pruning and ingenuity they are installed and hopefully never need to be taken out.

After carefully measuring and re-measuring the vents I settled on this kit and it fitted perfectly. It came with 2 installation tools but no instructions. Other reviews have complained about the lack of instructions, but they really are that easy to figure out how to install. They also stayed on some pretty bumpy roads.

So to assemble the ventilation grilles, first attach the springs (2) onto the grille, then use the tool and pierce the grille, go through the middle of the coil of the spring and press the other end of the feather. The screen for the slot didn't suit us. The vents on our fridge and oven appear to be the same length, but when you look inside, they're actually split in two.

Air vent zip ties don't look like a good option. I used steel wire. Other people have claimed that 6 isn't enough to get the job done, but I only had 3! If you can keep them neat around the vents, they should do the trick. Appears to be good quality. I didn't get any instructions either, but the installation isn't rocket science.

They are quite easy to install. The small tools were a bit small to fit in the holes but I managed. My biggest problem was the 3 fridge screens. They are basically useless. You had no way of holding them in place (I used zip ties) and once installed you find that due to the rounded design of the vents, about half of the holes are still open.

Sorry, no installation guide is available. Research and additional purchase required. Plus, unlike other purchase options. These fridge vents arrived without the funds to install them. Again, you'll need to go online to find out what's required for installation. Also known as tiny zip ties, so you need to go to town to buy multiple packs of small zip ties to use 6 for the installation.

No matter how much I traveled these mounting springs would never hold them in place so I bought stainless steel bolts and nuts and fastened them securely. Really amazed that this manufacturer thought these little springs would hold. But the screens themselves were very durable. I attached the one that fits in the fridge vent with stainless steel wire. Again, the screens fit perfectly, but the manufacturer didn't provide any mounting method or instructions. guess what i did

all the screens came in good condition. There were no instructions and no way to attach the fridge screens. Will be using the camper here over the next few days after the screens are installed. It is determined whether additional fixings are required or whether the two supplied springs per screen are sufficient.
