    If you need a valve ball seal to keep water in, I don't have it. Although the valve itself was fine. I had to buy original parts to keep the water out.

    Fast shipping. I'm not a great craftsman. Good skills only. But after using YouTube videos as preparation, I was able to do the repair in a short time.

    Easy installation and great quality

    The valve on our camper broke so I had to buy a new one to replace it. This kit has everything you need and after removing the original valve it appears to be of better quality than the OEM part.

    This product was listed as a similar replacement for Thetford RV Style II, which it is not. The ball assembly is not the same size as the original product and is therefore not sealed. I would not buy this product to replace products again.

    Cheap thin plastic badly made

    Ordered and unfortunately only installed after the return period had expired. Although advertised as suitable for my camper toilet, it is not. Not only was it the wrong size, it was cheaply made. Don't waste your time. Spend a few euros more and get original parts.

    Parts quality is the best in the cabin

    Our toilet on wheels didn't drain into the bowl so we ordered this kit. We replaced the seals, but the ball didn't need to be changed. It turned out to be partially open. We saw that when we took out the toilet, turned it upside down and looked into the toilet. We will save the details in case we need them in the future. Delivered quickly and good parts.

    Perfect fit and easy installation

    I was skeptical after reading all the negative reviews but the ball seems to be as good as the OEM. People's biggest complaint was that it was stiff and difficult to use. Interestingly they installed a second "U" seal, the instructions state that the "U" seal should be installed on the shoulder side of the key. The opposite side doesn't need one, but there are two in the kit, not the one they need. The instructions require more disassembly than is necessary if, as in my case, you can get to the
