The ease of setting up an account, creating tickets for customers with their own unique profile pages is great! I have been able solve all my customer's problems in one place rather than having them call me or send emails that are never returned/read by staff members who don't care about solving issues like this at scale (it seems they only get around it when thereβs $$$ involved). It would be nice if we could create custom tabs within our accounts but as far back-end options go - you cannot do
