The clips on the cutlery insert are of different lengths and are screwed together, so one is much shorter than the other. The short has no place to really get hooked so it hangs on a hook - otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I'll unbolt and rebuild it to get it working properly so it's not a big deal to burn it - definitely weird that whoever made and packaged it didn't notice.

I already had one in a different wood but I gave it to a friend. I needed a new one and it seems fine. The dish rack comes assembled and works as expected. I have to warn buyers that you can get splinters from bamboo so be careful. It may be useful to sand down the square ends to reduce this. I also oil all ends with mineral oil to prevent water absorption, but I do this on almost all wooden kitchenware.

I ordered this to replace an old shelf I had. The shelf is excellent - very satisfied. Sturdy and well constructed. Note. This is a small shelf (16" x 10" x 9" high). So if you have a family of 4 it probably won't fit in your home. The dish holder comes with 2 brackets that need to be screwed on. No problem, but you'll need a small Phillips screwdriver to assemble it, and the wood is dense, so an electric screwdriver works best. Very happy with this purchase!

I really like this dryer. I have one of those absorbent pads to put underneath and it's a great setup. Looks great, works great! The only drawback for me is the small silver side basket. Screwing in the staples is kind of a mess. The screw holes are small, and if you don't drive the screw right in, it will splinter and come out of the wood it's screwed into. Yes, complete! A small cutlery/dish basket hangs from one end and this may not be the end you need it from. Turn the basket over by removing and sliding the brackets on the basket. It only takes about 5 minutes. You'll need a sharp hammer drill, ice pick, or other sharp-tipped tool to drill new holes for the screws. You will also need a small/medium Phillips screwdriver.
