The only thing (which is entirely my fault) is that for a nose piercing, a 6mm post is better than an 8mm post for internal nose comfort, but I would still wear it. I usually buy 18g handmade Indian jewelry for my piercing since 2007, but the 16g one fit well although I was concerned my piercing would be too small. The decoration is nice and big. Hard to find with internal thread! Would buy again and more styles.

I use it as a nose ring and I love the size. I was worried it would give me an allergic reaction as I am sensitive to cheap metals but I wore it continuously for a week and had no irritation.
