I like that it's easy to set up multiple users accounts so we can have different groups of people working off each other without having to share files or folders between them all. I have used this software to monitor my email system from home or remotely when working outside of our office at client sites etc.. It works great! No issues that we've come across so far (although there are minor bugs here & there).
