I like that it's easy to set up multiple users accounts so we can have different groups of people working off each other without having to share files or folders between them all. Sometimes when you're running an application from one account but another person wants access too they cannot see what your doing until you log out which makes me feel kind of silly sometimes - especially if its something work related! But this isn't really much of an issue because once logged into their own personal workspace everything works great again. It helps us keep track of who did what tasks within our organization by tracking changes across versions instead of just relying upon emailing documents back and forth.
