This is a complete set of 4 straps... I started simple and only used the ones on the forearms to get a full idea of how they work. They really made the move easy. The guys who helped me thought they were stupid until we figured out how they worked... Then they loved them!

Sliders are useful, but also rather weak. The lift is cool, and even better if you're at least a little mechanically inclined. There is nothing special about the straps, normal shoulder straps with an additional cross connection. Because the lifting bar is specifically designed for use with the heaviest of objects, the little pas end up being useless. It will drop below the first piece +100 pounds. But it won't look like a £20 piece when it does.
