The best thing about this software is that it has all of my data in one place so I can easily access everything from anywhere! It's also very easy to use, you just have to spend some time learning how each function works but once your familiar with them they are really simple and intuitive for anyone who uses other forms online or through apps like google sheets etc. There isn't anything particularly negative at present - only minor things which could be improved such as adding more fields…

The features that I like most are the ability to create multiple templates, which makes it easy and fast when creating new forms or changing an existing one if needed. Also the fact of being able to customize each field according to our needs is great! The best part about this tool was how fast everything went down when we were first getting started with them (i did not hesitate at all in recommending). I like that we can use it in different ways, depending of how our business is structured or what kind product are selling (we sell products for fitness). It's not easy to set up some fields as well when you have many users with no experience at all using this platform so sometimes they don't understand why do something certain way instead doing another one which could be more simple but less effective than theirs! I love that they are able to track everything from leads, through calls/emails until conversion is made! They also have great customer support which makes it even better!!
