Not recommended

We received our first order and one of the lights was broken. We ordered a replacement and the glue didn't work AT ALL. We figured whatever we do, we'd just drill them into the wall. 2 bulbs stopped working after 2 days

Don't waste money.

Devices drain the battery even when switched off. I assume it's because it needs to be in standby mode for a remote signal. The end result is that they all died after a short while even if you didn't turn them on. Each device uses 3 AAA batteries, which are not cheap. Mine goes in the trash after a round of wasted batteries.

Handy remote control

I am very pleased with the backlight, especially the remote control. Two lamps are installed in the showcase part of the cabinet with glass facade. Without a remote control, it would be impossible to conveniently turn the light on and off. The remote control has four options: Off, Bright, Low and a half-hour timer. The kit includes two mounting options: double-sided tape and screws.

LEDs are great, grip not so good

The actual LED pucks work great and are one of the few at Revain to use radio control rather than infrared (line of sight required). The only downside is that the supplied adhesive doesn't stick very well; The puck fell twice in one day. The second time I used a second circle of glue and left it without a washer overnight to make sure it had a good grip without all the weight. It still failed after 1 day.

They look great, but several sets of high-quality batteries ran out of juice in just a few hours a day.

They were easy to install, the remote control is convenient. This is where the positive aspects of this article end. The first set of batteries died and I thought hmmm maybe better ones are needed. No, the next set leaked just as quickly, just occasionally. I changed several sets of batteries in a week and used several hours a day. Will the light still work once I put in new batteries? Yes. They get a head start for that. But I won't buy it again, nor will I recommend it. I have rechargeableโ€ฆ

Bright light - weak signal

You can't beat the price but unfortunately these lights share the same disadvantages as other battery powered LED lights: (1) They are very bright and therefore need to be mounted easily so they don't catch your eye directly . (2) The remote control signal strength is terrible. They don't go through walls - not even through a desk drawer. Of the pluses - they are very light and easy to assemble using double-sided tape. I installed one set under the sink - with a light at the bottom of the sinkโ€ฆ
