Too small for big dogs

I ordered this in 2X hoping it would fit my 60 lb dog. I couldn't even get it over his head or take his hands, I did. Aside from the size not being true to size or advertised, it actually turned out to be of good quality. They are designed for smaller and shorter dogs.
