Slightly disappointed with clothing and accessories

The FouFou Dog Ski Parka is expensive for a dog jacket so I was hoping for something perfect. Looks well made and the colors are exactly as pictured. The problem is that it's truncated. It fits perfectly across the chest but from the collar (neck) to the tail it could be 2 inches longer. My dog is an 8 lb Chihuahua/York mix and I bought the small size. I'm sure if I went up a size it would be long enough but too big elsewhere. My guess is that my dog just doesn't fit FouFou's size. (14"…
