Best Pads I've Ever Had

When they are switched on, you hardly notice the difference. Crash tested several times and satisfied with the protection quality. I've noticed that there are occasional clicks when turning it on and off, but I'm not seeing the power changing the discontinuities in the footage yet. They've only slipped off once or twice on mine and when used correctly they don't fall off at all.

Pros
  • STAY DRY AND COOL: Sweat-wicking, open mesh construction improves airflow and helps reduce overheating when riding in hot weather.
Cons
  • Little things

Cozy. Breathing. Flexible but good protection

Excellent protection. It's d3o, cool non-neutonic foam. There's no hard plate, so serious downhill guys might not like it. But for trail or cross country it's perfect. Fits well (probably a size larger). Straps at top and bottom. Very breathable. Comfortable and protected me from some rocky trails. Highly recommended, like everything from Fox

Pros
  • Mesh
Cons
  • Problems

1st set torn, 2nd set better

Overall I LOVE the fit of these picks but when I ordered my first set the top pad area was torn exposing the inner orange knee pad to use them for another Kit hoping they will be good - they were! These things seem pretty comfortable and I LOVE the fact that you can tighten the fit with the elasticated straps - a HUGE plus compared to other laceless styles that haven't worked for me. Time will tell if they hold up.

Pros
  • velcro
Cons
  • cord shorter than others

Good things - sports

They looked a little different than the picture but that's okay. I ordered the largest size hoping they would fit but they barely fit. Velcro straps are hardly enough. After spending a day in the downhill park, I was surprised that I didn't feel comfortable there even in 90 degree weather. I had a slight fall and landed on my knee and felt nothing. As long as they're great. I'm not sure I would wear them for long single track rides.

Pros
  • Imported
Cons
  • I have nothing wrong with it, everything is fine

These things are COMFORTABLE

Dude, I'm seriously surprised at how comfortable these things are. . Climbing is no problem. I haven't had a major accident with them yet, but I've had a small one and they did their job there. I really like that they have a little elastic line high on the inner thigh as well as a strap to keep them above the knees. My previous knee pads would fall off my leg in a fall and become virtually useless, but I don't need to worry here. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • LAUNCH D30 KNEE PADS: The Launch D3O Knee Pads offer a great combination of shock absorbing protection and economical construction
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Saved my knee/calf with Sports

I lost connection when I jumped on my MTB. Most of the punch hit the right knee. I hit the mud and slid 15 feet. I was sure that the knee pad would be destroyed. No scratches, no breaks, no injuries. They are comfortable to wear and absorb sweat well. I would recommend wearing knee socks if wearing shorts. They stay in place while driving. Follow the size chart. Measure your feet as shown in the diagram in the pictures. I used the charging cable to wrap around my legs and then measured theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • D30: The CE-certified D3O insert pairs perfectly with the slip-on design for all-day comfort and confidence.
