It is easy to use since it integrates with all of our other systems like Salesforce CRM etc.. The reporting features are great as well! I love that we can create custom dashboards in order make reports easier to read/understand when you have so many items going into one dashboard at once. I like that it's easy to use - you can create courses in minutes! It is very intuitive as well- no need of any technical assistance or training from their side either!! The software has its own bugs which are not easily fixed by your end once they've been reported/fixed but this happens only after paying them huge amount money so be careful before buying anything with such terms. The ability to have multiple instructors with different roles teaching in their own time-zone is great!
