💇 Stylish France Luxe Basic Side Comb in Caramel Horn – A Perfect Hair Accessory Review

Returned because of the quality of the plastic comb teeth. Plastic is rough and uneven, scratches the scalp. The decoration is beautiful but there seems to be no quality control. I thought the price for two combs would be a great product. Too bad that's not the case with these combs. I was really looking forward to wearing them in my hair.

I have other brushes from this company that I really like. I expected you to like this one too. However, it is too thin to hold hair for more than a few minutes. I kept changing this comb as it started slipping and working all the way. If you need a comb for long, heavy hair, this is not an option. As mentioned, I also have other combs from this manufacturer that allow me to comb my hair in the morning and hold it in place late in the afternoon. It's not that comb.

Don't listen to the reviews, several people said they were a couple! THIS IS NOT A COUPLE! This is ONE comb. Pretty useless if you were expecting two and specifically read the reviews for that reason.

I love France Luxe products and these combs are lovely to look at. However, I bought these to keep my hair off the sides and they don't hold my hair. When I use them, I have to constantly correct them, which I hate to do when teaching. My hair is fine but wavy (type 2C) so it might be better for other hair types. But I wouldn't recommend it for fine hair.

I'm a fan of France Luxe. All their products seem to be indestructible. If you don't lose them, they will stay with you forever. They don't stick to the hair. Top quality. Alba is my favorite color.

I have been using side combs for over 20 years and have waited a long time for these combs because of the high acquisition costs. When I finally got them this Christmas I was so excited. Until I put them on my medium length hair and found that combs work much better at less than a tenth the cost. France - You can leave Luxe combs - they can't even do the most basic side comb function. They are also far from deluxe. Despite the high price and the quirky tissue paper label, the combs in the box…

This is a very nice comb but I expected better for the price. It's just an ordinary comb with a glued decorative overlay. All plastic as far as I can tell. Holds up well.
