Reliable, Professional and Friendly Company to do Business With

The sales team was very knowledgeable about their products & services they offer! Very prompt attention when I called/texted them for an appointment or quote request - always friendly!! And if there is anything remotely wrong with my equipment (which has been rare) it gets fixed immediately. No complaints here at all. !! We have used most of our local AV companies over time but never had any luck getting reliable service from anyone else until now. ! They are just so professional that you know

Excellent Place To Work For Anyone Of All Backgrounds

The best part of working here is that it's very easy for me to get along with my coworkers because everyone has their own personalities which makes work fun! I like how they are always making sure you're comfortable at all times by offering water or coffee if needed. They also have great customer service so there isn't much else i can say about this place other than what was already said above. It seems as though most employees enjoy coming into work everyday and having some sort of interaction

  • Fast turn around time from orders being placed via email/phone up until installation date.
  • Very accommodating staff (my boss too)
  • Good incentives offered throughout year end, especially during sale periods such us Black Friday & Cyber Monday

Great Service, Great Products, Great Place to Work

The best part is that I can do my job without having to move around! It's so easy for me to stay at one place while doing my work. Also it saves time because you don't have to travel all over town to get your equipment repaired or fixed etc.. There isn't anything bad about this product but if there was something i would like more options of where they could be stored when not being used (like charging them up). If you are looking for an audio visual solution then look no further than Freemen…

  • Great value for cost ratio compared others in same price range.
  • Excellent customer support team who knows exactly whats going down before questions start coming back into email box asking 'whats happened' after initial set ups?
  • Fast & helpful response times especially between business hours 9am until 4pm MST)
  • Very reasonable rates considering how often we use these things during presentations /
