Very nice, comfortable and warm. The only thing that bothers me a little is the sound of the paper when you move the blanket. The husband did not complain, so everything is fine! I don't know anything about ease of care and durability. Time will tell, I bought a duvet cover so it should be fine and before I put it away for the summer I will leave it in the sun all day. I bought 2 more, one for the father and 1 for the son. Both love it.

My son says it's a 'smart' blanket because it knows when you're cold and when you're hot! The duvet is light and adapts to body temperature. Doesn't make you sweat while keeping you warm. Another thing I noticed is that it doesn't stay flat in the duvet cover or move even though there are no laces inside. Cons: Seems flat. We're used to plush, thick blankets. Also great duvet! 100 times better than any other we had!

I love this blanket! I used it when it was warm and now it's cold and I was comfortable. This is an excellent soft blanket. I love him so much. The only thing is never to put in the oven, even on a low flame. This spoils the seams and causes binding and shrinkage.
