Chipped carbide edge on first use with 2/4 walnut.

I have some Frued Bits and Saws. I swear by it but for some reason this bit I ordered didn't hold up on first use when the profile hit a 2/4 nut. My guess is that the carbide wasn't properly annealed.

High quality power tool bit

Freud drills are my favorites! Sturdy and sharp, it's a great tool that I already use at work. Just look carefully at the profile of this one. I bought this to finish off the edge of table aprons and it looked a bit odd. Instead I use it on door faces and like it as a profile for lintels and ceilings.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

What if I bought one of those for $90? Anyway, I recommend you give it a try if you're not a chick. If so, this might work for you too. Let
