I bought these to make some grooves in Baltic Birch plywood to make some drawers. This was carried out on my construction site without approval. I think it was either user error or a poorly matched ply of plywood, but even then the problem is 3 inches but minor and 100% repairable. perfect and square. I really like this facility.

I have a love/hate relationship with this dado set. The presentation is excellent as is the price. And it cuts beautifully. What I don't like is the hole in the pergola. It's so tight I can barely attach the first 2 blades - be it the outer blade and chopper or just the outer 2 blades. I use a Hitachi table saw with a 5/8 mandrel.
