Excellent blade, makes very smooth cuts with a radial saw.

This blade was recommended to me by a friend. I use a radial saw more than a table saw. I'm sure it will work fine on a table saw as well. It has a slightly negative rake angle on the teeth, which is necessary when using a radial handsaw. It makes very smooth rip cuts and is great for cross cuts. Thin kerf uses less wood (which has skyrocketed in price in the last year or so). It hasn't burned anything I've used it on and leaves a very smooth edge that requires less sanding. It also requires…

Do you have to break teak for miles? This is the blade for you.

I bought the first of these canvases in 2016. Used it on a beginner toothed saw here in Costa Rica. Even ripping teak on this underpowered jigsaw was possible if I worked slowly because the blade uses very little horsepower. I am using this blade now (I have two that need replacing for sharpening) on a Powermatic 66 3hp body saw where I am cutting lots and lots of rough sawn teak for a large door and cabinet project. Even a two inch thick teak for heavy door frames will not sag. But what's…

Very impressed with a good blade for power tool parts and accessories

This is the most amazing blade I have ever used! I haven't dabbled in woodworking for too long, but I still know this is a great blade. I've used it for sawing through many times and it was only limited by the power of my table saw. Also, you have to work really hard to get this blade to burn. You can pause quickly when peeling off the cherry and no burn marks remain. In conclusion, I have to say that this blade also makes excellent cross cuts. I have used the blade extensively and today used…

Inaccurate wheel

I bought this wheel a few years ago, mainly because of the rave reviews, including from woodworking professionals. Maybe I have junk and my results cannot be generalized. However, I was disappointed in its performance when I received it, parked it and just tried again with the same lousy results. is a Forrest WWII 40 tooth which is a general purpose blade, not a break blade. Both he and Freud have a thin kerf of 3/32 inch. I used a giant Forrest stabilizer on both blades. I've tried nice…

Flawless saw blade edges, parts and accessories

This blade lives up to its name. I used it to pick some 6/4 ash to use as a countertop. While there are tougher woods, ash is tough enough to put a new blade to the test. For reference, this is what MLB bats are made of. As long as your fence is well aligned, the blade will make that nice singing sound when it breaks. It doesn't matter at all. No sign of fumes or smoke. No chips. Simply perfectly smooth and even edges. In my two photos you can see how the seam between the boards almost…

Fantastic value. Cuts exotic like butter.

I'm a professional carpenter and I'm tired of wasting my exotic woods on sawdust. I typically use super thin 7 inch blades for super thin raw material for projects, so having the thinnest sharp blades is important to me. Some boards end up too tight and the thin blades flex resulting in a bad rough cut which I usually fix. in the next step, but more often than not it ends up not saving valuable wood to dispose of. With a wood that thick, I'm faced with the fact that I have to use a standard 10…
