Fun and Functional String!

When I tried this product for measuring I was blown away by how versatile it was! The painted aluminum material made it easy to read measurements and the string was durable. The only downside was that it could be tricky to cut to the exact length needed. Overall, I highly recommend this string for any science educational needs..

Non-conductive, no better than unpainted pieces of cork or styrofoam.

Non-conductive. What is the meaning of aluminum paint? I made a charge on a plate on an insulated handle and held two on a string. They were both drawn, but they just stuck to the loaded disk and to each other. If they were conductive they would have to repel him and each other as soon as they touched the charged plate.
