So obviously letting your kids wear them on the sandy beaches of Aruba is a very bad idea. The vest has slits that keep sand in and around the vest making it impossible to take off and subsequently weighs a ton.

Bought this for my 11 year old daughter who is an average height child. I've checked the chest measurements that fit each life jacket size, so I'll probably get a life jacket that fits perfectly. He didn't even get close to her. There was a gap of a few inches between the left and right sides that was supposed to be zipped up and there was no way to close it. Very disappointed.

I wanted to share the size chart on my waistcoat to help others order the right size. See the picture attached to this review. I ordered the women's medium and it fits perfectly. I'm 5ft 6", 138lbs, wearing a 34A bra with a natural waist of 30". I originally ordered a large size based on other reviews and it was too big in the bust and waist. I hope this helps and saves you from returning the wrong size vest.

Bought for my almost 11 year old daughter who is 5ft 2" and 95lbs. On the advice of many others, I ordered a size larger than I measured. to order medium. There is a little more room in the chest area, but otherwise it fits great after tightening the buckles a bit. Next week. Delivered very quickly. Ordered via Prime yesterday afternoon and arrived today!

This is a life jacket and should fit snugly! I'm 5'8", 150 lbs, have large breasts and that's exactly what I want. The chest zip is comfortable, but I don't want a life jacket to be anything but snug and secure. You're heavy or overweight, consider pulling maybe consider a specific product or go to the store to try it on I don't think it's right to say this fits less than expected as I can't repeat enough !

This life jacket is very nice, good quality, well made and fits perfectly. I am 5 feet 4 inches tall and weigh 134 pounds. I bought a large one based on other reviews. It's neoprene with memory foam construction. I bought this particular PFD because it had a zip and buckles for added security and a better fit. .The buckles were too strong for me to undo. This is an excellent personal lifesaver, especially at this price point. I am concerned by the many feedbacks that the vest fits tighter than expected and needs to be changed to a larger size. Please note that one of the main properties of neoprene is that the material becomes flexible and stretches a lot when wet. When you try on a dry neoprene vest for the first time, it should be difficult to close and should be very tight when you can finally close it. If you need someone else's help to…

My bust is 35" at the widest part, I chose a medium size because other vest (unisex) big sizes are too big and size S/M (32" - 40") ), which I like best, requires as tight an adjustment as possible and even then it feels too loose. This size on paper is the same as other vests (M = 36" - 40"), however, medium is too narrow in this case. So I measured this point where my chest touches and it barely reaches 34 inches (see photo), although it stretches a bit. it makes me look more affluent, than I
