This is a great product! I had wear on the driver's seat and backrest of my 1988 Cadillac, as well as minor tears. I applied this product with a gloved finger and buffed after drying. I was blown away by how it matched the original color and filled in areas of cracking and wear. I am getting a different color for my leather sofa that has dog scratches. love this product

Honestly I'm not sure what I expected from this product. I think I really wanted something to restore skin. Unfortunately it isn't. But it's not the fault of the products. I threw my initial prejudices aside and set about making the whole sofa. It sure looks better. Not sticky at all. Really soft to the touch. A collage of 3 is before, first coat, then last (after wiping off the excess with a damp cloth).

Tried this on a Nattuzi leather sofa to hide wear on the back cushion. Followed directions carefully, cleaned area, applied balm and rubbed in circular motions, used lots of elbow grease. Let it dry overnight and then buff with a microfiber cloth. It just sort of faded and looked caked. I polished it again to smooth it out but it just rubbed off without penetrating the skin. I was skeptical after reading the reviews but decided to give it a try. I carefully cleaned the areas where I wanted to apply Leather Baum. I tested first for color comparison. It mixes well. I applied a small amount and applied to damaged areas. I left mine overnight and polished in the morning. I am very happy with the result and after polishing I had no color transfer. I have purchased this product 3 times in 3 different colors for 3 different items - 2 leather sofas and a leather office chair. He does not restore scratched and faded items to "like new" condition, but in my case it took two expensive leather sofas that were starting to look shabby and unacceptable and he restored them to a condition that is "gently used" and completely looks acceptable. This definitely improved the color of my leather sofa seats which had become significantly lighter with wear and tear. I have found that the application works best when the product is rubbed into the skin in circular motions. Be careful not to apply too much as excess will be difficult to remove after waiting 10 minutes. Simply put, this product is superb! I've used it to repair sun damage and it completely fixed the problem to the point where it's not noticeable at all. I had a streak (ultraviolet damage) through an expensive leather upholstery and had little hope that it could be repaired, much to my surprise it wasn't.
