I have purchased this product 3 times in 3 different colors for 3 different items - 2 leather sofas and a leather office chair. He does not restore scratched and faded items to "like new" condition, but in my case it took two expensive leather sofas that were starting to look shabby and unacceptable and he restored them to a condition that is "gently used" and completely looks acceptable. Careful use has been fine with me and it has saved me thousands on sofa replacements. I am deducting 1 star because the video shows leather furniture restored to like-new condition but the product does not. However, if careful use suits you, this product is excellent and well worth the price.
