I've been buying Seidio cases for years but am looking for a similar case but not as expensive. I received this case a few days ago and it seems to be as good as the Seidio case. It works the same way. I prefer a case with a holster. This works very well.

If you frequently drop your phone, this offers the best protection. Unfortunately, this article didn't work for me. The belt I use daily is 1 3/8 inches wide and about average thick. It's easy to put on and take off, but maybe too easy to undo the strap I'm using. I fell off my belt a bit. too often.

Fits snugly on Android Samsung Galaxy S9. Be persistent with the installation. Big and stocky with a belt holster, I often only wear the Encased. In fact, the Encased case helps my 60+ hands hold a thin phone. Fell off the countertop onto the cement floor a day after installing it. No dents, no scratches, Encased stayed in place.

I had this case for a few months before it broke on the corner near the tab that holds it together. It was not dropped on solid ground. maybe once or twice on the carpet. I wanted a good protection for this phone because I paid full price for it. I usually buy a much more expensive case, but this one looked good. It fits the phone perfectly, the side of the case is rough so it will hold well. The back is smooth. The rubber that holds the phone is higher than the glass, so the phone doesn't lay flat when placed face down. The jar is open, but I carry it in a holster on my belt with the jar inside.
